My Journey into PIDP 3240 Media Enhanced Learning

So a little about me and why I am here. I am a chef instructor at Northern Lights College in Dawson Creek B.C. I look after the baking aspect of the Professional Cook training, Level 1 and level 2.  This is my final Provincial Instructor Diploma Program course that I need to do before I embark on my next journey, that is my capstone project to complete my program.  This program 3240 has led me into the world Blogging. Before this course there was no way that I would have ever sat down to write out anything to post online, but some times an individual needs a push out of their comfort zone in order to grow as an instructor and a person. Funny how I don't want to do what I make my students do. This reminds me how I also am the learner and can help me connect to the thought of my students and teaches me how I can relate and better help my students.

So what are my thought for this Blog?

This will be where I will post thought that come along from this journey, as well as a lot of things that I find useful or cool that I want to share. I am hoping this journey into Blogging with help me create a tool I can roll into my classroom and my Bakeshop to help engage my students in their own culinary journeys.
